These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mousic Ear Trainer ("we", "the platform"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Mousic Ear Trainer is an online ear-training platform offering interactive exercises across intervals, chords, scales/modes, rhythm, melody, harmony, and a separate dictation section. Easy-level exercises are free for everyone. Access to Intermediate, Advanced, and Pro levels requires a one-time Lifetime Access purchase, described below.

Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address to create an account, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is intended for a single person; please don't share your login with others.

Lifetime Access purchase

A one-time payment of €25 unlocks Intermediate, Advanced, and Pro levels across all exercise categories, for as long as the platform exists, tied to your account. For the Dictée section, a small selection of exercises is free at every level; the rest unlock with Lifetime Access. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase, no questions asked, by emailing us at the address below. Since Lifetime Access grants instant digital access, we're unable to offer refunds after that 3-day window.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login credentials with people outside your own use
• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly republish the exercises, audio, or other content on the platform
• Misuse the classroom / class-code system (e.g. sharing a class code publicly to gain unpaid access)
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform

Content ownership

All exercises, audio recordings, and educational content on Mousic Ear Trainer are the intellectual property of Fotis Mousoulides. Purchasing Lifetime Access gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use this content for your own ear training — it does not transfer any ownership or redistribution rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including misuse described above. We'll aim to explain why wherever reasonably possible.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep it running smoothly, we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times, and we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
